Appearance
Harquin stands at about 5.5 and she has black hair. She looks rather good for age and most people would call her beautiful and she is basically a girl who looks like her mother. The girl has fair skin and on her back, there are some tattoos. She dresses in average clothes for the most part, because she finds wizard clothes to be rather boring.

Personality
Due to being abandoned by her mother at a young age, and being raised by her father and brother. She is very cold and finds most good things in life to be boring. Mostly enjoying bringing misery to those around her, even though it hurts her to act that way, but she has to hide things. Deep inside Harquin, for the most part, is kind and would do anything for someone as long as they ask her too. But that's a side of her people don't see until after they become one of her minions.

Family
She lives with her father Jeremiah who is a strong supporter of the death eaters. He works in the ministry and her older brother Trevor resides in England where he is currently an Auror in training. The girl hopes to meet her mother one day, even though she holds much resentment towards her.
